Riding a bicycle that is properly fit to you is transformative.
Mainstream bicycle manufacturers make bicycles for the average
cyclist. At Core Cycle, we believe you are far better than
average and we begin with the premise that to get the most
from your cycling experience, you must have a bicycle that
is fit to meet your specific cycling goals.
As a graduate from the Serotta
International Cycling Institute, David
Greisman will ensure you will benefit from the
knowledge and skills he has developed as an Advanced
Bicycle Fitting Specialist. Our goal at Core Cycle
is to make you happier on your bike. We will help you reach
your cycling goals. We guarantee it.
We value your time and want to give you our undivided attention
during your fitting. Our fittings, therefore, are conducted
by appointment only
Each
fitting consists of the following steps:

We begin with a thorough
interview,
gathering important information about you. |

We then assess
your flexibility generally and specifically
as it relates to cycling. |

The fitting continues on the
Serotta Size Cycle™, an infinitely
adjustable stationary bicycle fitting tool, allowing you
to be placed in the optimal cycling position – "your
sweet spot". |
At Core Cycle we strive for excellence
with each bicycle fitting. We therefore make use of technologies
from various sources, giving you the best fit possible. All
fittings utilize the Computrainer™,
allowing us to measure the efficiency of your pedal stroke
and the overall power you generate during the fitting. We
also incorporate the Lemond Fitness™
fitting system as well as the Fit Kit™
system into each fitting, as needed.

your optimum position or ‘sweet-spot” has
been established on the Size cycle, data are collected
from the fitting and utilized to alter your current bicycle
to match that “sweet-spot”, if possible. The
same data are used to begin the design process of creating
a custom Serotta, made specifically
for you to help you surpass your cycling goals. |

We are confident that at the completion
of the fitting you will feel more comfortable, ride more efficiently
and generate more power. You will also have an understanding
of how your body functions properly on your bike. We will
work with you until you are satisfied that your fitting goals
have been reached.

Professional Fitting Facts
- By appointment
only.
- The Professional Bicycle Fitting
takes approximately 2-3 hours
- We use the Serotta Size Cycle
fitting system to find your sweet spot
- We use the Computrainer set
in Spin Scan mode to assess your pedal stroke efficiency
- LeMond Fitness Lewedges
are used as needed
- Alterations made to bike
as needed i.e. stem length angle, seat position, seat
post location bar angle, shifter position (Parts not
included)
- Documentation of fitting
- Assistance in selection of
a custom frame with components that will optimize
your ride.
- All fittings include a follow-up
session, giving us the opportunity to ensure your
fitting is still working for you.
- Cost: $350.00 plus taxes (by appointment).
